Whether it is a single map, a pot or an entire site assemblage, I can produce professional-quality illustrations within tight timescales.
From single finds to entire excavations, I have participated in projects covering a wide variety of publications, from leaflets to entire monographs, and worked on material from the Mesolithic to the present day.

I graduated in Archaeology from the University of Lancaster and spent some years in the field as an excavator and site supervisor before specialising in illustration and publication. I also achieved an MSc from the University of York, mainly covering aspects of digital publication in archaeology.
I gained most of my experience working as an Archaeological Illustrator / Graphics Officer for commercial archaeology units, producing work for publication in academic monographs and developer-funded reports as well as material for exhibition and display and popular publications.
